I’m going to assume you’re in an MLM, network marketing or a direct sales company if your reading this article. If that’s the case then you are catering to other network marketers. Do you know what other fellow marketers are struggling with?

The above is just a sample the best way I’ve found out is to email your list a survey and find out what their specific struggles are. Do a Google search for “Online Surveys” to find a free survey service. Once you have this information you can offer value on providing a solution to their pain.
Provide Value, Get Rid of the Pain
Now that you’ve decided to be a leader, familiar with who your target audience is and what they need from you, go ahead and give it to them. So when they survey’s came back what were the top 3 issues.
Unable to generate leads – provide information on a free and paid strategy that works for you and give it to them.
Not sure what traffic strategy – provide information on a training platform you can send your prospects to.
No Phone Closing skills – provide a recorded audio of either yourself or mentor that they can listen to so they can here an attraction marketing pro in action.

The key to all this network marketing stuff is really looking out for you prospects best interest and never stopping to provide value to you audience. If this sounds like too much work and no fun for you then this industry may not be for you. However, if your the type of person that really wants to grow personally and truly care about the success of others, financial success will follow sooner than you think.
