There are literally thousands of business opportunities on the internet today. How do you choose one that’s right for you? Here are six keys that an effective, successful internet marketing business should have:
1. It should provide a product or service of value to people. You probably have heard the saying “Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.” There are many products that people need and will buy. Education and information can impact a person for life.
2. The system you choose should be a turn-key operation that is detailed and easy to duplicate. No one wants to “reinvent the wheel”.
3. There should be solid training, support and follow up provided to the members. No one likes the feeling of floundering around trying to figure out a new system by one’s self. You should be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
4. The system should have a proven track record. Did the top income earners use the same system they want you to use? Does it attract high quality leads?
5. The compensation plan should be generous from the beginning, paying the person who does the work the lion’s share of profit. Many MLM companies require you to climb several levels before you see decent compensation, while the majority of profits go to your up-line.
6. Residual Income: Residual income is the money that comes to you from your team members’ efforts. It’s your compensation for your leadership and for helping your team members achieve success in their own right.
Out of the many opportunities clamoring for your attention, be sure to do your homework. Test each opportunity using these six keys to be on your way to an effective and successful internet business.
