When looking at different network marketing jobs and companies. Your first want to break it down, so that you can make the right decision and understand how to become successful and not dropout or give up to soon. The main reason that most people give up on their network marking jobs or business is for the simple fact that their not getting anyone to join or buy from them. That’s it, plain and simple. No need to say it was completely the companies fault or the person that told you to sign up.
Perhaps they were a bit misleading or you just plain, jumped in without knowing all the facts. Whatever the reason, what I have found to be the main problem with most network marketing jobs and opportunities is that just about all of them really don’t teach you how to market correctly. While most MLM companies still teach their representatives to make a list of friends and family and get on the phone and call them. Then push them to give you a yes or no answer. Come On, Forget that!
Let me tell you, there just isn’t enough time in the day for that Period. Your time is valuable and trying to talk someone into something they really don’t want to do in the first place is just crazy. Now if you don’t know how to market your ABC Business, then it really doesn’t matter if you have the latest and greatest product or service. What you need to understand and learn is: How To Market.
What I’m going to do here is simplify this into five easy Steps. There are many more things I could add, but if you understand and apply these five steps first. You’re going to be way ahead of the game and cut your learning curve in half. Now to keep this simple, I am going to break it down in the simplest way I know possible, so that you get the idea and not the two and half hour drawn out movie version.
Step One. Define: network marketing – It is word of mouth marketing; do not confuse this with MLM marketing. The two are used all the time interchangeable. Just go online to Wikipedia and type in network marketing to get the run down.
Step Two – Don’t market to your friends and family. You know why? Because their you friends and family! Trust me on this one. Once you become successful with any kind of business. Your friends and family that want what you have will seek you out.
Step Three – Is Step One minus Step Two equals Attraction Marketing – Target your market to people that are already looking for an opportunity or want the same thing your marketing. You do this by giving away value, information and tools to be successful first. If you apply this principle you will be successful.
Step Four – The power or the money is in your list! That’s right, you what to learn how to one – build a list and two – how to sell to that list.
Step Five – If you want to be successful then hang out and learn from other successful people. That is successful people that are all about Step Three.
Once you learn how to find your niche, find your target market, then you will have a successful business for years to come. This type of business model is not only profitable, but you’re no longer limited to just one network marketing company or MLM business. Once you learned a proven and tested marketing strategy. You will then apply it. Once applied the leads and prospects within your niche and target market will want the same – hence Attraction Marketing. Here is a good thing to keep in mind with these five steps. You will first want to research these three: attraction marketing, list building and niche marketing.
